By accessing or using CAMŌH services (website, memberships, classes or events), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

CAMŌH offers:

• Barre, Mat and Reformer Pilates classes
• Memberships and class packs
• Workshops, events and community gatherings

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

3. Memberships

3.1 General

Memberships provide access to a defined number of classes per month.

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable
• Access is granted via booking through the CAMŌH platform

3.2 Billing

• Memberships are billed monthly
• Payment is collected automatically via the selected payment method
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments

3.3 Founder pricing (if applicable)

Founder pricing:

• Is valid only for founding members
• Remains active as long as the membership is active
• Is permanently lost if the membership is cancelled

4. Activation fee

A one-time activation and onboarding fee may apply.

This fee:

• Secures access to membership conditions
• Is non-refundable

5. Bookings & cancellations

5.1 Booking

• Classes must be booked in advance
• Access is subject to availability

5.2 Cancellation policy

• Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session credit

6. Class credits

• Credits are valid within the billing period
• Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated
• Credits have no cash value

7. Reformer classes

Reformer sessions may require an additional fee.

• Members benefit from preferential pricing
• Availability may be limited

8. Health & responsibility

By attending classes, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate
• You assume full responsibility for your health and safety

CAMŌH is not liable for injuries resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Personal belongings

CAMŌH is not responsible for:

• Loss
• Theft
• Damage of personal belongings

10. Conduct

CAMŌH reserves the right to refuse access or terminate a membership if a participant:

• Disrupts the experience
• Behaves in a disrespectful or unsafe manner

11. Payments

• All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
• CAMŌH does not store full payment details

12. Refund policy

• Memberships and activation fees are non-refundable
• Exceptions may be granted at CAMŌH’s discretion

13. Changes to services

CAMŌH reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules
• Change instructors
• Adjust pricing

Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the CAMŌH Privacy Policy.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CAMŌH shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or income

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
