OUR WAY OF MOVING
A class for every rhythm of the day
Inspired by the Ayurvedic dosha clock, our classes are designed to meet your natural energy through the day. So you feel strong, centred and connected, morning to night.
In Ayurveda, the three doshas, Kapha, Pitta and Vata, represent different energetic states that influence the body and mind.
Morning
Kapha governs the morning. It is associated with heaviness, stability and softness, inviting gentle heat, circulation and activation.
Midday
Pitta peaks around midday. It is linked to fire, focus and transformation, supporting strength, precision and alignment.
Evening
Vata rises later in the day. It is connected to movement, air and sensitivity, calling for grounding, nervous system regulation and release.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing what’s right, at the right time.

Not sure where to start?
All levels are welcome. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, with clear guidance and thoughtful modifications.
Choose Mat Pilates if you want strong fondations.
Choose Barre if you want a rhythmic, sculpting full-body practice.
Choose Reformer if you want supported precision and posture work. If you’re new, we recommend starting with 1-2 Foundations classes.
